Glass Options for Picture Frames

Standard Clear Picture Frame Glass

Our standard clear float glass is the most widely used glazing in wholesale picture frames. It offers good clarity at a cost-effective price point, making it ideal for mass-market poster frames, photo frames and retail art frames. Available in 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm thicknesses depending on frame size and application.

Anti-Reflective Glass for Picture Frames

Anti-reflective (AR) glass is treated on one or both surfaces to minimise glare and reflection. It is the preferred choice for gallery-quality framing, art photography, certificates and any display application where ambient light could interfere with image clarity. Particularly in demand for frames used in retail environments, offices and exhibition spaces.

UV-Protective Glass

UV-filtering glass blocks the majority of ultraviolet radiation, protecting photographs, prints, artwork and documents from fading over time. It is recommended for framing items of archival or sentimental value. Our UV glass meets standard framing industry requirements and is available in clear and anti-reflective variants.

Clear Polystyrene Sheets (Glazing Alternative)

Clear polystyrene glazing sheets are a lightweight, shatter-resistant alternative to glass. They are particularly suitable for:

Polystyrene glazing is available in standard thicknesses and can be cut to size. Note: polystyrene scratches more easily than glass and is not recommended for premium gallery applications.
